Provo City Constable's office recently acquired Court Security Services of Utah. With this acquisition, our office now provides court security and/or transport services for 26 cities in the State of Utah. Provo City Constable's office is the largest court security and transport company in Utah. We have many happy customers and are continually growing.
In addition, our Special Function Officers are some of the best around. Many POST academy graduates look to get hired with us for the valuable training and experience they receive with our company. These SFOs then often get hired with agencies across the State due to their skills received through us. We also have current law enforcement officers working part-time with us as well as retired officers. There are so many officers across this State that got their start here with our office. A perfect place to be if you are interested in a law enforcement job. |

Constable Services26 jurisdictions utilize Provo City Constable's Office for their court, bailiff and transport services. They have discovered that it is far more efficient to utilize us to do these services since our officers can both transport prisoners and stay in the courts as bailiffs. We also provide a warrant service team that handles city warrants and paper service.

Court Security: Our off-duty law enforcement officers, or special function officers (SFO's) provide security and/or transport services to numerous justice courts in the State of Utah as seen below. We provide protection for Court buildings, Department of Homeland Security, City Offices, Capital Buildings, etc.

Process ServiceIn June 2019, we purchased Bringhurst Process Service (BPS) to enhance our services to all our clients.
