Jason joined All Pro Security as the Chief Executive Officer in May of 2024. Originally from Frederick, MD, Jason served nearly a decade in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer and Special Operations Officer in the Raider Regiment, deploying three times to the Middle East in support of counterterrorism operations. After leaving active-duty and before joining APS, Jason was an Associate at McKinsey & Company where he advised diversified industrial conglomerates on strategic implementation and operational improvement initiatives. He received a M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He continues to serve as a Major with the Marine Innovation Unit.

Founder & President
Bob Conner started All Pro Security in 2006 after retiring from police work for 33 years. During his time on the force, he worked in all facets of law enforcement, including patrol, investigations, training, media relations and numerous supervisory positions. His last few assignments were as a Division Commander (Captain) over the Patrol Division and later the Support Services Division. Bob graduated from the prestigious F.B.I. Academy in 2001 along with obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Brigham Young University. He also recently graduated from Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Businesses program, a rigorous ten week program focused on strengthening small businesses across the country. The program has a high success rate with 63% of participants reporting increase in their revenues and 47% reporting creating net new jobs just six months after graduating. DRAPER CITY JUSTICE COURT
Draper Justice Court has contracted with All Pro Security since October 2017. All Pro Security provides officers for bailiff duties and transports to the Salt Lake County Jail.
All Pro Security has been a wonderful addition to our court’s team. They are very proficient in preforming their duties. The officers arrive early, secure the court room, review the calendars and are prepared when the public arrives. They scan fingerprints as needed. They are attentive and aware, providing the best security for the judge, the court staff and the public.
