Armed Guard License Class

I
n order to carry a firearm on duty as a security officer, you must be Armed Guard Licensed.
This class is taught by Glen Williams, a state certified guard license teacher. Attending this class is the first step to obtaining your Utah Armed Guard License. In order to obtain your armed license, you must already have your unarmed license, or have recently attended an unarmed guard license class. Here you will learn about how to handle your firearm as security guard as well as relevant Utah state laws as they apply to your position. You will need to bring your own ammo and firearm.
